四川商投供应链集团有限公司（四川商投供应链集团）成立于2020年3月，由四川省商业投资集团有限责任公司（商投集团）全资设立，是商投集团现代供应链集成服务板块的核心子企业。拥有全资子公司11家，控股公司1家，参股公司2家，资产规模超50亿元。

四川商投供应链集团纵向深耕能源供应链、粮油供应链、国际供应链三条赛道，横向发展数字化供应链综合服务和供应链金融服务。自主研发投运“商云链”数字化供应链综合服务平台，实现多元场景供应链综合服务数字化集成，为超过千家企业提供便捷高效服务，大幅改善了各纵向赛道行业生态，在西南供应链行业发挥引领示范作用，获得“优秀国企数字化转型标杆企业”称号。

各大供应链业务板块，依托自有和四川商投的仓储基地、铁运专线、物流平台等资源，建成了采购、仓储、运输、加工、销售、供应链金融等全流程一体化服务体系。国内业务覆盖成渝地区双城经济圈、环渤海、中西部、沿海等区域，跨境业务对接到东欧、中欧、中亚、东南亚、南美洲、非洲、大洋洲等区域，并在香港设立子公司，打通了“双循环”供应链渠道网络。掌握电煤、焦煤、豆油、棕榈油、豆粕、谷物、燕麦、电解铜、锌锭等十余个细分品种供应链关键核心，奠定了在能源、粮油、有色金属、跨境贸易等供应链领域“链主”地位，年营收超过200亿元。

供应链金融业务板块。依托真实业务场景和“商云链”平台，整合信托基金、金融证券公司、保理公司资源，汇聚商流、资金流、信息流，基于业务场景底层资产，用科技手段，以“物的信用”构建可信资产，构建“物产融数”一体化供应链生态，协同数据、技术、资本、场景、运营、服务等资源，为千余家生产企业和金融机构提供供应链管理、供应链金融、产融协同等综合服务，为链上企业创造新价值。“商云链”开启产业金融3.0阶段，被《中国经济时报》专版报道，获得“最佳供应链金融创新企业”等多个奖项，是四川商投集团实施“五大强链工程”的又一突破性成果。目前供应链集团供应链金融业务资金池超过100亿元。

Sichuan Shangtou Supply Chain Group Co., Ltd was established in March 2020 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Commercial Investment Group Limited Liability Company (referred as SCCI). It is the core subsidiary of the modern supply chain and packed services sector of the SCCI. We have 11 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 1 holding company, and 2 joint venture companies, with assets exceeding 5 billion RMB.

Sichuan Shangtou Supply Chain Group is deeply engaged in the three tracks : energy supply, grain and oil supply, and international import commodity supply, and horizontally develops digital economy in supply chain and comprehensive financial services in supply chain, Independently developed and put into operation the "Business Cloud ", enable digital services in multiple business scenarios, providing convenient and efficiency to more than a thousand enterprises, significantly improving the industry ecology in bulk commodity trading, playing a leading and exemplary role in the southwest supply chain industry, and winning the title of "Excellent State owned Enterprise Digital Transformation Benchmark Enterprise".

Three supply chain business segments. We have built a full process integrated service system for procurement, warehousing, transportation, processing, sales, and supply chain finance, relying on our own and the SCCIC’s warehousing, railway transportation lines, logistics platforms, and other resources. Supply chain finance sector,Relying on real business scenarios and the "Business Cloud " platform, integrating trust funds, financial securities companies, and factoring company resources, converging business flow, capital flow, and information flow to enable the best business efficiency. Based on the underlying assets of the business scenario, using technological means, building trustworthy assets with "credit of the bulk commodity", and building an packed supply chain ecosystem of "property finance ", collaborating with resources such as trading data, technology, capital, scenarios, operations, and services, We provide comprehensive services such as supply chain management, supply chain finance, and industry finance collaboration for over a thousand production enterprises and financial institutions, creating new value for enterprises on the chain.
